Rajan was born on 27 July 1996 in Champawat,Uttarakhand, India. Pawandeep Rajan’s father’s name is SureshRajan. His father is a singer and he sings at eventsand functions in Uttarakhand. Her mother is a home maker. He has two sisters, Jyotideep and ChandniRajan.
Pawandeep did his schooling in Uttarakhandand attended a local university to get his bachelors degree.. During his time in college, Pawandeep Rajanread an advertisement about the auditions for the singing reality TV show ‘The VoiceIndia’ in 2015. He got selected and won the show. He received the winning award along with acash prize of Rs. 50 lakhs, an Alto K10 car, and a contract to release his first song withUniversal Music Group. After winning the show, Pawandeep Rajan releasedhis debut single ‘Yakeen’ with the Universal Music Group in 2015.
During this time, he was appointed as theYouth Brand Ambassador of Uttarakhand. In 2016, Pawandeep collaborated with AaronHaroon Rashid to work on his album ‘Chholiyar’ and sang two songs for the album. Pawandeep also did a romantic song for themovie ‘Romeo N Bullet’ in 2017. Pawandeep has also done several shows in Indiaand in Dubai. Apart from singing, Pawandeep is a masterin playing different instruments like keyboard, drums, tabla, guitar, etc. His performance in Indian Idol 12 with a dholakwas loved by the judges and the audience.
